Meet the Founder
Tim built Monte for the guides he used to work beside
Tim spent years in a Montessori school watching guides fight clunky software every morning, so he built the calm one they deserved. He isn’t a coder: he builds with Claude and ships through GitLab. He’s also the sales team, the support desk and the finance department.
Now Tim has a board. BoardSeat gives five AI advisors a seat on every GitLab merge request. They check each feature against real usage, support tickets and sales, so only the work that moves Monte forward ships.
Tim isn’t real. He’s an example founder, made up for this demo.
